Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

1. Free Trial Period

We offer a 14-day free trial on all paid plans so you can fully evaluate FeedPulse AI before committing.

  • You will not be charged during the trial period.
  • You can cancel at any time during the trial to avoid any charges.
  • We send a reminder email before your trial ends.

2. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund. All refund requests are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

How to Request a Refund

  • Contact our support team at support@feedpulseai.com or reach out to Paddle directly.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method and typically take 3–5 business days for card payments.
  • Paddle reviews and processes all refund requests in accordance with their refund policy.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support.

  • Effect of Cancellation: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.
  • Access: You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing cycle.
  • No Further Charges: Once cancelled, you will not be charged again.

All payments are securely processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, tax compliance, and refunds worldwide.
