Net Promoter Score (NPS) tells you how you are doing, but not what to do. This template adds the necessary context.

Recommended Questions

1. The NPS Question

Question: "How likely are you to recommend us to a friend or colleague?"

  • Scale: 0-10

2. The Primary Driver (Open-Ended)

Question: "What is the primary reason for your score?"

  • Why this matters: This is the most important field for AI analysis. It maps sentiment to specific product areas.

3. One Thing to Improve (Open-Ended)

Question: "What is one thing we could do to improve your experience?"

  • Why this matters: Even Promoters (9-10s) often have feature requests.
