Step 2: Preparing Your Data
Clean data leads to better insights. Here is how to tell FeedPulse AI which questions to analyze.
1Identify Open-Ended Questions
You will see a checklist of all available questions from your source. You should check the boxes for questions that contain written responses.
Select These:
- "Why did you give this score?"
- "Any additional comments?"
- "What can we improve?"
Do NOT Select These:
- Email Addresses or IDs
- Timestamps
- The Score question (we already mapped that!)
2The "Question" Mapping
The name of the question becomes the "Topic" for that specific feedback stream.
Example: If you select a question named "Onboarding Feedback", the dashboard will group all insights from that question under "Onboarding Feedback".
